Zara Spooks are designed to allow you to control the lure's action. This is done with a slack-line twitch of the rod tip that creates the left to right, "Walk-The-Dog" action for which these lures are famous. It takes just a little practice ... it's best if you start slowly. Once you've obtained the zig-zag action then you can increase the speed.
These lures have a reputation for drawing fish from as far away as 20ft and the strikes can be vicious! Be sure to allow the line to tighten up before setting the hook...
