The Daiwa Saltiga Pencil has a unique sinking tail design that imitates a weakened or injured baitfish gasping at the surface. The lures body offers 3-D scale design, realistic eyes and Daiwa's patented open gill design. Through wire construction anchors line and hooks to a single, heavy-strand wire for maximum resistance to those toothy predators. Equipped with OWNER ST-46 saltwater hooks.
The open gill design effectively forces water and air bubbles through the lures gill plates as well as splashing water forward for added sound and commotion.
