Despite hundreds of attempts to copy it since the development of Herb Reed's original Slug-Go® in the '80s, no other lure has ever quite captured it's darting, erratic action. Reed has now combined the patented, original Slug-Go® and with a special plastic formulation containing the highest concentration of salt in the industry, to produce Slug-Go® El Salt-OTM!
The only difference is on the pause or on the dead drift, the el Salt-O drifts down into the fish's world faster and deeper, with the subtle wiggle that only a bait made of soft, sinking material can achieve. No attempt at building a self-sinking soft stick bait has ever attained the erratic, strike triggering, injured baitfish action of the original soft stick bait -- Herb Reed's original Slug-Go®.
These Slug-Go's are 6" in length and Lunker City recommend they should be rigged with a 4/0 Texposer hook.
