Postage to any address in the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom is Free.
We deliver to all European countries and postage rates will be applied durring the checkout process:
Europe starting from: £0.70, please allow up to
10 days for delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs.
In most cases orders
will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please
allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
If any item arrives damaged please email us (info@monstertackle.co.uk) within 7 days of receipt for return instructions. Items returned after this period may not be authorised for replacement. Always obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when returning an item.
Once the damaged item is received, a replacement will be despatched, subject to inspection.
The prices shown for all items are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5% where applicable. All VAT due is paid by Monster Tackle direct to UK customs. For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax or Customs Duty charges in your own country.
